This policy explains what information Molly collects through this website and the retail management apps, and how it is used.

Information you give us

• Details you enter in the “Talk to our team” form: your name, mobile number, email, type of business and number of shops.
• Account details when you create a workspace in the web app.
• Business records you enter in the apps — products, bills, customers, suppliers, staff and books.

How we use it

• To call you back and answer your questions.
• To run the service: storing your business data and syncing it between your devices.
• We do not sell your information.

Where your data is stored

Cloud data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. The desktop app also keeps a local SQLite database on your computer; some records, such as accounting vouchers you create on the desktop, stay only on that computer.
